The R&R Alliance Inc. was founded on a powerful realization: many families in Atlanta, Georgia lack access to consistent, community-based support tailored to their unique needs. What began as a vision quickly became a movement rooted in compassion, advocacy, and action.
That vision came to life through the success of the 1st Annual Christmas Bash in 2024, which served over 70 children and their families. This impactful community event highlighted both the urgent need for family support services and the opportunity to build a lasting nonprofit organization dedicated to making a difference.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep commitment to community outreach, Chiquita transformed this moment into a mission—ensuring that no family in Atlanta or surrounding communities has to navigate life’s challenges alone. Through ongoing programs, resources, and advocacy, The R&R Alliance Inc. continues to create meaningful, lasting change.
